The Dead Spell

The Dead Spell was an interesting concept I had where a collection of normal people all reincarnated and gained supernatural abilities based on the method of which they died in their previous life. While all their deaths were unconventional, they’re all equally deadly, and thus, are granted remarkable abilities, which are sourced from a pendant that incases their soul.

I created some character posters of each of the characters’ silhouettes, accompanied by a demonstration of their abilities.

Creating this collection of posters pushes myself to develop new illustration styles and inspires me to further expand on this idea.
