Ellie's Deli

One of my first larger scale projects was for my brother and his former dream to own a sandwich shop.

Should this become a reality, the deli would use ingredients from local farmers/bakeries, and we wanted the look and feel of the brand to reflect that. In keeping with that idea, we decided to have my brother be the mascot of the logo in a black outline, as if drawn by pen.

Using an existing photo of him, I rendered an outline of my brother in Adobe Illustrator, and created several bread-themed characters which we had planned to add as wall art in his stores. From there, I created a menu of each person's ideal sandwich, and designed those from scratch in Illustrator as well.
